NK Education respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of any personal information we hold about you, including data submitted through advertisements on Facebook and Instagram.
How to request deletion
To delete your personal data from our records, send an email to:

with the subject line: Data Deletion Request
In the body of the email, please include:
- Your full name (as submitted)
- The email address or phone number you used to enquire with us
- A brief sentence stating that you wish your data to be deleted from our systems
- (Optional) The approximate date you contacted us or saw our advertisement, if you remember

What we will delete
Upon a verified request, we will delete:
- Contact details (name, email, phone number, address)
- Educational records and test scores you shared with us
- Application drafts, university preferences, and visa-related documents
- Communication history (call notes, WhatsApp logs, emails)
- Any data submitted through lead-form advertisements on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
What we may need to retain
We may retain limited information where legally required — for example:
- Records related to active visa or university applications already submitted on your behalf
- Financial records required for tax or audit compliance (typically 7 years per Indian law)
- Anonymised aggregate statistics that do not identify you personally
If any data must be retained, we will tell you which categories and why, and we will delete everything else.
Response timeline
We will action your deletion request within 30 days of receiving and verifying it. You will receive a written confirmation by email once the deletion is complete.
Revoking permissions on Facebook or Instagram
If you submitted information to NK Education through a Facebook or Instagram lead-form advertisement, you may also revoke our access to your Meta data through your Facebook account settings:

Revoking permission there stops Meta from sharing your future activity with us, but it does not delete data you have already submitted — for that, please email us directly using the steps above.
