By accessing or using the services provided by NK Education (“we,” “our,” or “us”), located at SCO 18, First Floor, Above Samsung Plaza, Calibre Market, Rajpura, Punjab 140401, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

NK Education provides the following services:

  • Overseas education counselling and student profiling.
  • University and college shortlisting and application assistance.
  • Study visa application guidance and documentation support.
  • IELTS and PTE coaching and test preparation.
  • Spoken English training.
  • Pre-departure briefing and post-landing support guidance.
  • Scholarship identification and application assistance.

3. Visa Decision Disclaimer — Important

NK Education acts solely as an advisory and consultancy service. We have absolutely no bearing, influence, or control over the visa decision of any country, embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

Visa approval or rejection is the sole prerogative of the respective country’s immigration authorities. NK Education does not guarantee, promise, or assure the grant of any visa. Our role is limited to providing guidance on documentation, application procedures, and general requirements based on publicly available information and our professional experience.

Any representations made by NK Education regarding visa success rates, processing times, or outcomes are based on historical data and general trends, and should not be construed as a guarantee of individual results. Each application is assessed independently by the respective immigration authority based on their own criteria.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client of NK Education, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all documents and communications.
  • Disclose all relevant facts, including prior visa refusals, criminal records, or health conditions that may affect your application.
  • Meet all deadlines communicated by NK Education for document submission and payments.
  • Pay all applicable fees (tuition, visa fees, test fees, etc.) directly to the concerned institutions and authorities as required.
  • Review and verify all documents and applications before final submission.
  • Understand that misrepresentation or submission of fraudulent documents may lead to visa refusal, legal action, and termination of our services without refund.

5. Fees and Payment

  • NK Education’s service fees are separate from university tuition fees, visa application fees, test registration fees, and other third-party charges.
  • All fees are communicated upfront and must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
  • Payments made to third parties (universities, embassies, testing centres) are non-refundable and governed by their respective policies.
  • NK Education’s refund policy for its own service fees will be communicated at the time of engagement and documented in the service agreement.

6. No Guarantee of Admission

While NK Education assists with university applications based on our experience and knowledge, admission decisions are made solely by the respective universities and educational institutions. We do not guarantee admission to any specific institution or program. University requirements, seat availability, and selection criteria are beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • NK Education shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from visa refusal, admission rejection, or any decision made by a third party (university, embassy, immigration authority).
  • We shall not be liable for delays caused by government processing times, postal services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the service fees paid by the client to NK Education.
  • NK Education is not responsible for changes in immigration laws, visa policies, or university requirements that may occur after the commencement of services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of NK Education and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

9. Website Information Accuracy

The information provided on our website (including tuition fees, visa requirements, salary data, and country-specific details) is compiled from publicly available sources and is intended for general guidance only. While we strive to keep information current, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the website. Always verify critical details with official sources.

10. Termination of Services

NK Education reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • The client provides false or misleading information.
  • The client engages in fraudulent or unethical conduct.
  • Outstanding fees remain unpaid beyond the agreed timeline.
  • The client breaches any term of this agreement.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajpura, Punjab, India.

12. Changes to Terms

NK Education reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
